Orange Pound Cake Mix

Our premium, easy-to-make Orange Pound Cake Mix is designed to deliver a dense, rich, and moist crub with a vibrant citrust flavor. It provides the convenience of a quick baking solution that produces a "from-scratch" texture and taste, perfect for brunch, afternoon tea, or as a thoughtful gift.

You will need:

1 packet Orange Pound Cake with Orange Glaze

1 cup milk

5 tbsp butter, softened

2 eggs

Glaze Ingredients:

1-2 tbsp water

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan or a bundt pan with flour-based cooking spray. Combine cake mix, milk, and butter. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add eggs and beat two minutes longer, Pour batter into prepared loaf pan or bundt pan. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing to serving plate. 

In a small bowl, combine glaze mix with 1 tablespoon water and mix until smooth.  If needed, add 2nd tablespoon to reach desired consistency.  Drizzle glaze over pound cake.
