Chicken Pot Pie Soup Mix

Our Chicken pot pie soup mix is a convenient, shelf-stable, or pre-packaged blend designed to mimic the creamy, savory flavors of a traditional chicken pot pie without the labor-intensive crust preparation. 

You will need:

6-1/2 cups water

2 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

1 large garlic clove, minced

1 lb cooked chicken, diced

Directions: Add entire contents of the package to 6-1/2 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. In a separate frying pan, saute diced onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Set aside. After 20 minutes, stir in the cooked chicken and the onion/garlic mixture to the soup pot. Bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.

Contains: Orecchiette pasta, (durum semolina flour, eggs), dehydrated vegetables (onion, red bell pepper, carrot, celery), salt, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, garlic parsley, white pepper, oleoresin turmeric, spice extractives. (Silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.)
