Our Jambalaya Soup Mix is a convenient, dry blend featuring long-grain rice, dried vegetables (onion, bell pepper, celery), and robust Cajun/Creole seasonings like paprika and garlic designed to create a hearty Louisiana-style stew.
You will need:
5 cups water
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 lb sausage, cooked and cut up
1/2 lb chicken, cooked and cut up
1/2 lb shrimp, uncooked and peeled
Directions: Bring water to boil and stir in the contents of the soup package to the pot. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, sausage, shrimp, and chicken to the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook an additional 15 minutes.
