You will need:
1 packet Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit Mix
1/3 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix with melted butter; stir in cheddar cheese. Then gradually add milk until just moistened. Drop batter on prepared cookie sheet by the tablespoon. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes until edges are golden. Serve warm.
