Indulge in this soft, buttery, and cheesy beer bread that's big on flavor. Loaded with sharp white cheddar and a hint of the chosen brew's character, every slice offers a rich, savory, and slightly tangy experience, especially when served warm with a slather of honey butter.
You will need:
- 1 box White Cheddar Cheese Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz Beer Substitute: 1-3/4 cups Milk
- 4 tbsp Butter or Margarine, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine bread mix with beer (batter will be lumpy). Spoon batter into a greased 5 x 8 loaf pan. Pour melted butter over batter.
Place loaf pan on a cookie sheet to catch any spillover that may occur.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick is inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove loaf from pan, place on cooling rack or serving dish, and serve warm.
