Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix

You will need:

• 1 box Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
• 2/3 cup Shortening
• 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup Sugar

Directions:

Preheat over to 375 degrees.  Combine all ingredients until well blended.  Form soft dough into 1-1/2 inch balls and roll each in sugar, if desired.

Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreen cookie sheet and bake for 1- minutes (cookies will bake faster on darker cookie sheet.). Cookies will look slightly underdone with a domed top.

Let cool on cookie sheet before removing.
