Our Oatmeal Cookie Mix is a convenient baking product designed to create soft, chewy, and warm cinnamon-spiced oatmeal cookies with minimal effort. It provides the dry ingredients (flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, leavening) and requires only the addition of simple wet ingredients to create a home-baked experience in minutes.
You will need:
1 packet Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1 egg
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 tbsp sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine mix, egg, and butter; stir until blended. Form dough into 1-inch balls, roll each in sugar, and place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. (Note that cookies will bake faster on darker cookie sheets.) Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
